Position Overview: 

This is a part to full time position which would consist of weekly intakes and feedbacks for Boston Psychological’s testing patients + administrative hours. These hours may include regular therapy patients in addition to testing patients if desired. 

 Responsibilities:

 ·      Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn. 

·      Provide supervision for doctorate level interns.

·      Conduct intake and feedback services in a professional manner so as to maintain and increase the good will and reputation of Boston Psychologial Testing Associates.

·      Proofreading, interpretation, writing clinical summaries/recommendations, and finalizing of testing reports. 

·      Writing prior authorization notes as needed as well as curating test batteries based around testing concerns.

·      Respond to patients’ requests for service or calls.

·      Communicate with a patient’s treatment team as necessary.

·      The psychologist is also part of the rotating on call schedule to provide suicidal risk assessments and conduct mandated reporting and 51/50 holds as necessary.

 Qualifications and Skills:

·      Align with Boston Psychological Testing Associates mission, vision, and values. 

·      Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn.

·      Doctoral Degree in psychology + licensure at the psychologist level in the state of MA in good standing.

·      Available to hold at least 15-20 patient intakes and feedbacks per week, provided such sessions are available and referred/scheduled by Boston Psychological Testing Associates.

·      Detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills.

·      Excellent time managements skills.

·      Be a team player.

·      Able to work independently on tasks assigned.

·      Have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

·      Prior experience in a private practice setting highly preferred.
